Philip Roy, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Philip currently serves as the Director of Operations at CIRS (Computerized Imaging Reference Systems, Inc.) since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mevion Medical Systems, where they held various leadership roles. These included Director of Manufacturing Excellence from October 2020 to July 2022, Director of Manufacturing from June 2018 to October 2020, and Test & Commission Manager from February 2013 to June 2018.

Before joining Mevion Medical Systems, Philip had a long tenure at Siemens MI, where they served as a Test Engineer, Senior Engineer, Project Manager, and the Manager of Test & Commission. Notably, they led a partnership project that resulted in a cost reduction of over $120K per year.

Philip'searlier experience includes roles as a Technical Support Engineer at Millstone Station Unit from June 1997 to June 2002 and a Fuel Project Engineer at Millstone Unit during the same period. Philip also served as an Associate Operator at I&S Operations, Inc. from January 1992 to January 1994 and started their career as a Nuclear Operator/Electrician in the US Navy from January 1986 to January 1992.

Philip Roy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1997. In 2010 and 2011, they further pursued their education by completing an MBA degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
