Steve Vaughan serves as the Member Operations Manager and Membership Team Lead at the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) since March 2021. Previously, Steve held positions such as Membership, Marketing, and Chapter Manager at the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) and Systems Manager at Better Business Planning, Inc., where responsibilities included managing employee benefit programs and ensuring client satisfaction. Steve's experience also includes significant roles at the American Society of Anesthesiologists as Senior Manager of Membership, overseeing member services operations, and at IRI as Membership and Retention Manager, where marketing efforts for a large consumer research panel were centralized. Educationally, Steve earned a BA in German from the University of Illinois Chicago.
