Roni Deely has had a diverse career, starting in 1978 as a Regional Sales Manager at Rugby Laboratories. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a team of 12 sales representatives. Roni also created incentive programs to achieve sales objectives. After leaving Rugby Laboratories in 1985, they joined Goldline Laboratories as the Director of Wholesale Sales. Here, they managed the sales process for a pharmaceutical wholesale distribution network and implemented promotional and tracking systems. Roni also communicated with various departments to ensure the timely flow of products and information while maintaining strong client relationships. In 1993, they became the Owner/Director of COMPUTER EXPLORERS in New Castle County, Delaware. In this role, they taught and marketed various educational programs, recruited and administered instructors, and provided training and professional development.

Roni Deely attended Mount St. Mary's University from 1974 to 1976, where they received a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Marketing. From 1988 to 1990, they then attended Barry University, completing coursework in Professional Studies.
