Eva Geesing is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the CEO of The New Crew since July 2017, Eva has successfully led a rebranding initiative, prioritizing diversity and inclusion, and implementing new software and recruitment systems to enhance operational efficiency. In previous roles, including COO and manager at Studelta, Eva has managed teams in healthcare and municipalities, focusing on driving organizational change and improving work processes. Prior to this, Eva held positions in various organizations, contributing to project leadership, client relations, and talent recruitment, supported by a Master's degree in Arts from Utrecht University.
