Karen Anderson is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in instructional roles and student services. Currently serving as an Instructor at COMPUTER EXPLORERS since July 2019, Karen previously worked as an Office Administrator at STEP and provided contract services through K. Anderson Consulting, offering professional development training and resume-writing workshops. With a strong foundation in higher education, Karen held positions as Adjunct Faculty and Director of Student Services at Belhaven University, overseeing services for over 800 adult students and facilitating various workshops. Additionally, Karen coordinated the Career Center at Meridian Community College, delivering numerous training seminars and developing career exploration curriculum. Academically, Karen holds a Master of Science in Leadership from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Belhaven University.
