Steinar Carlsen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in information systems and technology. As Chief Engineer at Computas AS, Carlsen leads engineering initiatives while previously serving as a Consultant at Selvaag BlueThink from 2001 to 2005. Carlsen's career began as a Research Manager at SINTEF from September 1990 to January 1994, overseeing a department focused on Knowledge Based Systems following a merger with SI. Carlsen holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specializing in Business Process Modeling and Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), along with an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH).
