Nicole Sain is an experienced Network Support Engineer at Cisco Meraki since November 2019, specializing in empathetic communication and troubleshooting network-related issues impacting LAN, WAN, and WLANs. In addition to technical expertise with Meraki devices and features, Nicole serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for CompTIA and is the Founder and CEO of TrnscndWellness, a company focused on holistic well-being and inclusivity for individuals with neurological disorders. Nicole has also contributed to community education as a Community Business Academy Instructor at Sunshine Enterprises and has a background as an IT Apprentice in partnership with Cisco Meraki. Educational qualifications include a degree in Cybersecurity with an emphasis in Network Engineering from DePaul University, a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Northern Illinois University, and multiple IT certifications.
