Paul Govatos is an experienced executive with a strong background in health plan solutions and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Compass Rose Benefits Group since November 2019, Paul has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Health Plan Solutions at Conifer Health Solutions and Chief Operating Officer at InforMed, LLC. Additional experience includes positions as Sr. E-Business Project Manager at Intel Corporation and Principal Consultant at IBM Global Services. Paul began a career in the management information systems field as Director at Associated Administrators. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
