Tess Monahan is an experienced analyst currently working at Compass Lexecon since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tess served as a research assistant at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies from December 2020 to May 2022 and contributed to the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities as a project development research assistant during the same period. Additionally, Tess gained experience as an assistant to the event manager and a research assistant at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame from August 2019 to May 2022. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame, where studies were completed in 2022.
