Kaisa Hall, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Compass Housing Alliance since November 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Human Resources Manager at The Arcticom Group (October 2019 - May 2022), Human Resources Manager at BlackPoint IT Services (February 2017 - October 2019), and Human Resources Director at CTS International (January 2016 - December 2016). Kaisa also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at VoiceBox Technologies (January 2015 - January 2016), held a position in Human Resources focused on Mergers & Acquisitions/Global Mobility at Microsoft (April 2013 - December 2014), and was part of the Total Rewards team at REI (April 2011 - March 2013). Early career experience includes working in the HIV department of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (February 2007 - March 2011), as a Grants Assistant at Impact Capital (August 2005 - February 2007), and as a Legal Assistant at O'Donnell & Clark LLP (August 2002 - July 2004). Kaisa holds a B.A. in History and International Relations from Carroll College, graduated in 2002.
