Stacey Monroe has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management. Stacey has worked at Cleveland State University since 1997, holding various roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Director of Recruitment and Employment Services, Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, and HR Planning Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing selection and hiring processes, and overseeing HR programs. Stacey also held the role of Manager of Employment Services and HR Generalist at Cleveland State University. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty in Business Administration at Cuyahoga Community College and as a Fiscal Manager and HR Director at FrontLine Service. Stacey recently joined the Greater Cleveland Food Bank in 2022 as the Human Resources Director.
