Gaute Houge has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as Site Manager at Compass Group Norge since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gaute held the position of F&B Manager at Compass Group from October 2019 to July 2022. Gaute's career also includes significant experience as Kitchen Manager and Business Developer at R&K Service AS, responsible for operations at Sr-bank Arena, which catered to 700 guests during football matches. Earlier positions at Compass Group Norge involved managing soft service operations at Eurest for Norske Shell, overseeing both cafeteria and cleaning services, and leading various kitchen teams at multiple locations including Norske Shell and Sodexo. Gaute began in the culinary field as a cooking apprentice at BP and worked through various prestigious roles, including Assistant Kitchen Manager and Cook at Victoria Hotel.
