Lieke Faazen currently serves as Manager Inzetbaarheid at Compass Group Nederland, a position held since February 2022, overseeing the employability department. In addition, Lieke has been an Adviseur Sociale Zekerheid at Rechtdoorzee Casemanagement since July 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at arvato digital services llc from October 2008 to February 2015, and various roles at arvato services | Bertelsmann AG from May 2000 to September 2008, including International Project Manager Business Development and International Project and Implementation Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Law from Radboud University (1994-2000), a Post Bachelor in Risk Management Sociale Zekerheid from CS Opleidingen (2018-2019), and training in Sociale Zekerheid en Ziekteverzuim from CS Opleidingen (2017-2018), as well as education at MARK Academy voor Leefstijl & Vitaliteit (2021-2022).
