Adrian Matean is an experienced engineering manager with a diverse background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Development Discipline Lead and Engineering Manager at Endava since March 2023, Adrian previously held the position of Tribe Leader and Engineering Manager at Masabi from February 2020 to March 2023, overseeing six engineering teams across various countries. With a comprehensive career at Endava from 2012 to 2020, Adrian transitioned from Scrum Master and Development Lead to Engineering Manager. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Siemens PSE and Siemens Medical Solutions, where project focuses ranged from hospital organization to industrial automation. Adrian holds a Dipl. Eng. degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, and Software Development from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
