Delara Heidari serves as an Oil and Gas Law Expert at the Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC) since October 2022, while also maintaining a longstanding role as a Lawyer at the Iranian Bar Association since September 2010. Delara participated as a Speaker at the 24th World Petroleum Congress held in Calgary, Canada, in September 2023. Delara holds a Master's degree in Oil and Gas Law from the Petroleum University of Technology, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Islamic Azad University, obtained in February 2008.
