Ronald Flores Argueta is an experienced Administrative/Legal Assistant at Foster LLP since June 2021, focusing on the preparation and processing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications for clients worldwide. Ronald held the position of Academic Tutor at the University of the Ozarks from October 2017 to April 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master en Dirección Estratégica del Talento Humano from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador (anticipated January 2024), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Ozarks (2017-2021). Additionally, Ronald completed a Bilingual Administrative Assistant program and an English Access Microscholarship Program at Centro Cultural Salvadoreño Americano.
