Gilberto Cervantes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2010, they started their career as a Brand Ambassador at Banana Republic, where they worked until 2013. Following this, they joined DV Pro Services in 2016 as a Recruiting Operations Manager and remained in this role until 2019. In 2017, Gilberto joined Fast Lane Transport Inc as a Support & Account Management Consultant, a position they held until 2022. In 2020, they joined Stride, Inc as a Senior Help Desk Tech Support Specialist and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at TM Floyd & Company (TMF) since September 2022.

Gilberto Cervantes holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College GA. Additionally, they have completed a Cybersecurity Bootcamp at CyberUp. In terms of certifications, Gilberto has obtained several, including a Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) certification from AIRS, an ADP company, in February 2023.
