A began their career in 2016 at Nemo IT Solutions as a Business Development Executive, where they worked on staffing and contract needs for clients in the US. A then joined Axis Bank in 2018 as a Business Development Executive. In 2019, they worked at PREMIER INFO CITY PRIVATE LIMITED as a Senior Business Development Executive, handling full life cycle recruiting activities for the US. Afterwards, they joined Prime Source global Services Pvt ltd in 2021 as a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter, responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities for US clients. Most recently, they joined Peer Consulting Resources Inc. in 2023 as a Technical Recruiter.
