Pam Tripp currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at CommWell Health since March 2009. Prior to this role, Tripp was a Physician Recruiter with Carolina Physician Recruitment from 2007 to March 2009, providing tailored recruitment strategies and consultancy for medical facilities. Tripp held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Support Services at Betsy Johnson Regional from 2006 to 2007, overseeing multiple departments and initiatives. Earlier, Tripp served as Vice President of Ancillary Services and Medical Imaging Manager at Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital from 1994 to 2006, where responsibilities included departmental leadership and strategic planning. Tripp's career began at Johnston Community College as faculty, contributing to medical imaging education for 16 years. Tripp holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Pfeiffer University, a Master of Education in Administration from Campbell University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from Methodist University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from Johnston Community College.
