Bernie Tuohy has extensive experience in the field of mental health, currently serving as a mental health caseworker at Community Links since March 2006. Previous roles include working in mental health services at Leeds Social Services from 1990 to 2006 and at Calderdale Social Services from 1985 to 1990. Bernie Tuohy pursued higher education at Leeds Beckett University, obtaining a degree in health and community care in 2021, and studied health and social at the University of Bradford in two separate programs from 2004 to 2008. Early education was completed at Halifax Catholic High School from 1980 to 1985.
