Aurelie Ngoufack, RN, BSN, BA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, they served as the Director of Health Services at LCS, The Delaney of Bridgewater starting from January 2021. From October 2017 to January 2021, they worked at Chelsea Senior Living, first as the Director of Health Services / Mentor and later as a Support RN. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Nursing from the Muhlenberg Harold B & Dorothy A Snyder Schools-School of Nursing in 2015. In 2013, Aurélie received an Associate's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from Middlesex College. Aurelie also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, which they earned from the University of Yaounde/Cameroon in 2002.
In addition to their academic achievements, Aurélie has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Aurelie received a Nursing Home Infection Preventionist certificate from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2021. Furthermore, they obtained a Respirator Train-the-Trainer Certificate from Safety First Fit in the same year. In 2017, they completed the Train the Trainer Workshop on Medication Administration in Assisted Living Residences, Comprehensive Personal Care Homes, and Assisted Living Programs offered by the Healthcare Association of New Jersey. Aurélie also completed the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program at JFK Health in 2014. Prior to that, they attended the First-Time Leadership for Lead Care Manager Training at Sunrise Senior Living in 2012 and the Medication Administration Training Program at the same institution in 2011. Finally, they participated in a Financial Literacy Seminar hosted by The International Institute of New Jersey and Citi Group in 2010.
