Kevin Lewis began their work experience as a Legislative Liaison for DHFS/State of Wisconsin in 1997 and continued in that role until 2000. Kevin then served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Maine Primary Care Association from 2002 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Community Health Options as President & CEO, where they focused on expanding coverage options and providing an excellent consumer experience. In 2015, they became a Director on the Board of Directors for CEI, an organization that helps grow sustainable enterprises. In 2016, they became a Board Member for HealthInfoNet, where they worked on improving patient care quality and safety through a health information exchange system. In 2018, they joined the Advisory Board for MedBlob, a company focused on improving public health outcomes through a secure patient electronic health record system.
Kevin Lewis attended Dartmouth College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1995, earning a Master of Public Policy degree with a focus on Public Policy.
