David Papcin, BSN, RN, ROV, has served as the Republican-elected Registrar of Voters and Administrator of Elections for the City of Ansonia, CT, since January 2019, overseeing the Ansonia Elections Department and managing the local voter registration database and financial policies. In addition, David has been a Primary Care Staff Nurse at Community Health Center in Meriden, CT, since August 2020, providing nursing services to a diverse patient population. Previous roles include Volunteer Coordinator for David Stemerman's gubernatorial campaign and Data Manager for Lauretti for Governor 2018, alongside earlier experience at Carbtrol Corporation in office administration focusing on environmental issues. David holds a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera and a Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University, along with a high school diploma from Engineering - Science University Magnet School.
