Cliff Valenti

Cliff Valenti has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Cliff began their career in 1993 as a Data Processor/Programmer at Telaleasing Enterprises, where they created reports for business analytics using Cobol, Visual Basic, dBase IV, and Sybase. In 1994, Valenti joined AT&T/Atlantic-Lucent as a Senior Programmer/Analyst, where they developed telemarketing software and supervised software developers. Valenti then moved to Arbitration Forums in 1998 as a Software Engineer, responsible for designing and modifying software components to track, report, and process insurance arbitration data. Cliff utilized technologies such as PowerBuilder, Java Server Pages, XML, Oracle, and Sybase. In 2000, Valenti joined the National Cooperative Bank as a Senior Software Engineer, leading a team of software engineers in designing custom banking/reporting applications and providing troubleshooting assistance to network engineers. At the same company, Valenti later became an Application Development Manager, AVP, overseeing software engineers, system architects, and database analysts. Cliff also established and implemented SDLC service strategy and translated requirements to technical documentation. Valenti then joined the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) in 2012 as the Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, they managed and evaluated a team of software engineers, QA analysts, database administrators, and network production managers. Valenti oversaw the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software tools. Cliff also contributed to strategic planning by identifying technological opportunities, regulatory responsibilities, and budgetary forecasting.

Cliff Valenti obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida in 1996. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Systems Analysis and Design from St. Petersburg College in 1994.
