Jose Hernandez has over a decade of experience in information technology, currently serving in an IT support role at Uplift Education since June 2011, where responsibilities include assisting end users with various IT-related issues. Prior to this position, Jose worked as a Technical Support Representative at Hauppauge Computer Works from 2007 to 2011, providing technical support solutions to customers and testing and installing new hardware and software in Windows environments. Jose holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Katharine Gibbs School, attended from 2004 to 2006, and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School.
