Kristie Miller is an experienced human resources professional with a background in recruiting and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Community Counseling Center in Cape Girardeau, MO since November 2021, Kristie previously worked at Kelly Services, where roles included Recruiting Manager and Branch Manager. As Recruiting Manager, responsibilities included supporting virtual recruiters and developing effective recruiting strategies. As Branch Manager, Kristie managed over 80 temporary employees, handled various employee relations issues, ensured compliance with employment regulations across a Tri-State area, and fostered customer relationships to drive business success. Prior to these positions, Kristie was a Regional Talent Acquisition professional at Express Employment Professionals from July 2020 to November 2021. Kristie holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Mineral Area College, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
