Sara Nasserzadeh, M.S., currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Addus HomeCare, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Sara contributed as a Student Consultant at the Insights for Organizations Center at the University of Texas at Arlington from July 2022 to May 2023 and gained practical experience as a Human Resources Intern at KERN from May 2022 to September 2022. Key accomplishments include conducting new hire orientations for over 50 employees, analyzing employee turnover data, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance employee retention. Sara also developed a Learning and Development presentation for over 200 employees, demonstrating strong creativity and communication skills. In the early career stage, Sara worked as a Marketing Intern at Global Hospitality Services.
