Allyson Vogt, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in employee engagement, relations, and compliance. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experiences at Community Coffee since September 2013, Allyson has a strong background as an HR Manager and Business Partner, focusing on aligning business objectives with personnel needs. Previous roles include Senior Employee Relations Specialist and HR Coordinator at The Baton Rouge Clinic, where Allyson managed the employee lifecycle for over 700 employees. Early in the career, Allyson worked as a Collegiate Development Consultant for Delta Gamma Fraternity, providing leadership training to college-aged women. Allyson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on History, Sociology, and English from Louisiana Tech University.
