Rennick Kerr serves as the Factory Manager at Tassal Group since January 2019, while also operating as a Business Owner at Bird Beam since February 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Shift Manager at Nestlé Purina Petcare Australia from May 2012 to May 2018, focusing on leadership, people development, and continuous improvement. Previous positions at Nestlé Purina include Line Manager Logistics, responsible for warehousing, people development, and materials handling, as well as Performance Improvement Coordinator, where Rennick managed projects for process improvement and facilitated change processes. Rennick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Griffith University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
