Nicole McFadden is an experienced social worker specializing in behavioral health care. Currently serving as a High Risk Care Manager at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization since June 2021, Nicole previously worked as a social worker at Fairmount Behavioral Health System from July 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included conducting biopsychosocial assessments and coordinating treatment. Prior experience includes working with the geriatric psychiatric population at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia, where Nicole also completed assessments and facilitated therapy sessions. Earlier work with Jumpstart involved enhancing literacy and language skills among preschool children. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both from Temple University.
