Shannon Guinther, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician on the Veterans Team at Easter Seals Greater Houston since March 2022, providing essential mental health services to veterans and military-connected families. Prior experience includes roles as a Child and Family Therapist at Eddins Counseling Group from December 2019 to August 2023, where play therapy techniques were applied to support younger children in expressing and healing from trauma, and as a Mental Health Therapist at JEM Wellness & Counseling Center from October 2018 to August 2023, assisting young adults and adults in coping with various mental health challenges.
