Jessica Dean is an experienced mental health and social work professional with a strong background in supporting diverse populations. Currently serving as the ACT Program Manager at Community Alliance since October 2022, Jessica previously held roles as a Mental Health Therapist at Capstone Behavioral Health and developed extensive experience in trauma-informed care and various therapeutic modalities. Jessica has a solid history of working with homeless veterans and families, having served in multiple HUD/VASH and outreach social worker positions at the Veterans Administration and People Assisting The Homeless (PATH). With a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles, Jessica combines clinical expertise with a commitment to harm reduction and housing-first philosophies.
