Brendan McMahon, MA has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Brendan served as the Human Resources Director at the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County since August 2022. In this role, they managed a large workforce of over 1,100 employees across 80 locations. Brendan'sresponsibilities included implementing and planning HRIS, aligning strategic initiatives and people services, administering benefits, managing compensation and benefits, and implementing HR and payroll policies and procedures.

Prior to their role as the Human Resources Director, Brendan McMahon served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same organization since January 2017. Brendan also held the position of HR Staffing Coordinator from December 2015 to January 2017.

Before joining the Community Action Partnership, Brendan McMahon worked as the General Manager Operations at Comfort Keepers from February 2004 to December 2015.

Brendan McMahon pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Saint Leo University. Brendan completed this program between the years 2010 and 2012.
