Serena Campbell, MBA, CUBDP, currently serves as the Senior Community Development Representative at Communication Federal Credit Union since March 2023. Previously, Serena held the position of Director of Business and Community Development and Branch Manager at True Sky Credit Union from January 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Banking Center Manager and Assistant Banking Center Manager at Simmons Bank from October 2015 to January 2021, and Executive Loan Assistant and Teller Supervisor at First Commercial Bank from May 2006 to October 2015. Serena holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Trainer from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rose State College.
