Leon Stadther has worked in a variety of roles since 1980. Leon began their career as a Store Manager and Management Trainee Evaluator at Harris Teeter Supermarkets Inc. in 1980. In 1984, they moved to National ICEE Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager for North Carolina and Virginia. In 1986, they joined Miles & Associates, Inc. as Vice President and was responsible for all accounting and financial operations for four related/affiliated companies. In 2011, they began working as Secretary/Treasurer for the non-profit organization BackPack Weekend Food Program, Inc. In 2006, they began working at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in various roles such as Church Council Treasurer, Assistant Financial Secretary, and Finance Committee Chairperson, all of which were pro bono positions. In 2017, they began working at Diamond Orthopedic as Office & Quality Director.
Leon Stadther attended Lenoir High School before continuing their education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1980.
