Erik Schilling is an experienced project manager specializing in substation capital project management within the energy sector. Since February 2021, Erik has served as Manager of Project Execution at ComEd, previously holding senior project management roles at MidAmerican Energy Company from June 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire lifecycle of substation projects and serving as a subject matter expert on substation transformers. Erik's earlier experience includes electrical engineering internships at Endeavor Technologies Inc. and NUM Corporation, focusing on technical documentation, system testing, and motor feedback sensors. Erik holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Iowa.
