Charles W. Halash has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles W. started their career at Computer Horizons Corp. in 1985, where they served as a Regional Vice President until 1999. Following this, they joined Chimes, Inc. as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a role they held from 1999 to 2007. Charles then ventured into entrepreneurship and became an Owner/Partner at Project 12 Baskets, a company specializing in charity fundraising software and services management, from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they worked as an Executive Vice President at HireGenics, Inc., providing workforce compliance and risk mitigation services to enterprise organizations from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Charles is an Executive Vice President at Commoneo, LLC & Essium, LLC, where they oversee payroll services and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Charles W. Halash attended Eastern Michigan University from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing with a focus on Journalism.
