John Boland is currently working as a Policy & Advocacy Associate at Casey Trees since February 2022. Prior to this role, John served as a Watershed Programs Manager at Rock Creek Conservancy and as a Legislative Assistant at the Council of the District of Columbia. John also has experience in environmental policy and compliance through various positions including a Green Fellow at the DC Department of Energy & Environment. John holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Resource Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from The George Washington University.
