Scott Pulsipher currently serves as the President of Western Governors University since April 2016, leading an institution founded by the Governors of 19 western U.S. states. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Jobs for the Future and the American Council on Education, where Scott contributes to transformative educational practices and public policy advocacy. As a General Partner at Juvo Ventures, Pulsipher focuses on early-stage technology-enabled education companies. Engagements also include serving as Education Co-Chair for the Committee for Economic Development and as Chair of the Presidents Forum. Prior professional experience includes leadership positions at Needle and Amazon.com, complemented by an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Management from Brigham Young University.
