Randy Dew is an experienced training and organizational development professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Training Manager at Commerce Casino since September 2022, Randy previously held the role of Training and Development Manager at Casino Pauma from September 2017 to September 2022. Randy's expertise includes managing training initiatives at Kaiser Permanente as a Learning Consultant and working as a Talent and Organizational Performance Consultant at Accenture, focusing on training and change management for ERP implementations. Randy has also contributed to customer satisfaction in outside sales roles at Cintas and M.A.B. Paints, and has a solid foundation in organizational development from tenure at SelectBuild. Randy's career began with the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and regulatory adherence were key responsibilities. Randy holds an MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
