Jamie-lee Evans MCIEH has extensive experience in food safety and management, currently serving as the Food Safety Manager and previously as a Food Safety Officer at The Celtic Collection since April 2018. Prior to this, Jamie-lee worked at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council as a Catering Manager from November 2010 to September 2022. Earlier in Jamie-lee's career, Jamie-lee was the Head Chef at Harry's Bar and Bistro from June 2008 to June 2009. Jamie-lee's educational background includes studies at Aberystwyth University from 2008 to 2010.
