Paige Jackson has extensive experience in customer success and management. Paige currently works at Command Alkon as a Product Adoption Lead, where they are responsible for onboarding and training customers, analyzing customer experience solutions, and resolving issues. Prior to this role, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success/Enablement Manager at the same company. Before joining Command Alkon, Paige served as the Director of Customer Experience at Delta Industries, Inc. until March 2022.

Paige Jackson holds an Associate of Arts degree in English and journalism from The University of Southern Mississippi.
