Tara Dee has extensive experience in IT service management and product leadership, currently serving as Product Lead – Workplace Adoption & Automation at easyJet since April 2018. This role involves delivering efficient Workplace services that enhance employee engagement and technology adoption. Prior to easyJet, Tara held various positions at Boeing and Travis Perkins plc, where responsibilities included service desk management and relationship management between brands and IT. With a solid foundation in service improvement and security administration from Home Retail Group PLC, Tara has also contributed significantly to process development and change management within the IT sector. Tara holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Milton Keynes College.
