Kevin Richman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as an Intern at France Athlete Management Enterprises, where they formulated presentations, organized events, analyzed statistics, and negotiated contracts. Kevin then joined the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as a Detailed Innovation Fellow, leading and teaching Human-Centered Design (HCD) training and spearheading projects to improve customer service goals.
In 2007, Kevin joined GSA as a Financial Management Specialist, where they collaborated with the Federal Protective Service and worked on business cases to increase revenues and customer service. Kevin later became a Communications Specialist and a Communications Director at the Integrated Technology Services (ITS) division, managing teams, streamlining communications, and developing digital strategies.
In 2015, Kevin became the Executive Vice President and Chief Relationship Officer at Young Government Leaders, where they held leadership responsibilities. In 2016, they returned to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as a Detailed Innovation Fellow, leading HCD training and working on projects to improve customer service goals.
Since 2017, Kevin has been working at the OECD - OCDE as an Innovation Specialist, leading work on innovation skills, organizational design, and partnerships. Kevin has authored reports, developed workshops, and advised government leaders on innovation and design. Most recently, they joined Column in 2020 as the Head of Customer Experience.

Kevin Richman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Economics from Penn State University, which they earned between 2003 and 2007. Kevin further pursued their education at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland from 2011 to 2013, where they completed a Master of Business Administration. During their MBA program, Kevin specialized in Strategy, Change Management, and Marketing.
