Chris DiCarlo's work experience includes several roles in customer success and account management. From 2012 to 2021, Chris worked at InSight Mobile Data (StreetEagle Tracking Solutions) as the Leader of Customer Success. In 2021, Chris joined Intellor Group as the Director of Account Management, and stayed until 2022. Then, Chris took on the role of Director of Customer Success at Surglogs from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Chris is the Director of Customer Success, North America at EROAD, starting in 2023.
From 2003 to 2008, Chris DiCarlo attended Towson University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
