Randy Clark, PMP, ITIL 4 is an accomplished Senior Information Technology Project Manager with extensive experience in leading complex IT initiatives within the defense sector. Currently employed at COLSA since December 2022, Randy previously managed multi-disciplinary projects at SAIC and held roles at QuantiTech, Jacobs, and General Dynamics Information Technology, focusing on IT governance, cloud migration, and data center operations. With a 30-year military career culminating as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, Randy brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise to the technology field.
