Brian Lynch has extensive experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance, currently serving as Plant Manager at OSI Group since June 2018 and Plant Operations Manager at Colorado Premium since September 2014. Prior roles include Q.C. Manager at Bilinski Sausage Mfg Co, where responsibilities involved maintaining SQF compliance and product development, and Manager of Quality Assurance and Product Development at Taher, Inc., focusing on food safety program implementation and product improvements. Brian's early career included an internship in QA and R&D at Swiss Valley Farms. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinology/Food Science from Southwest Minnesota State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Science/Culinology from MCTC.
