Alexandre Dorado serves as the Head of Professional Services for Financial Services & Retail Loyalty at Collinson France since April 2018, overseeing teams of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Technical Consultants, while managing hosting operations, maintenance support, and integration projects. With a tenure at Welcome Real Time, a Collinson Group Company, that spans over two decades, Alexandre has held various leadership roles including Head of Professional Services, Head of Delivery and Integration, and Solution Architect. Alexandre holds an Engineer degree in Software from Centrale Méditerranée and a Master degree in Physics from Aix-Marseille University, complemented by foundational education at lycée Vauvenargues in Aix en Provence.
