Lynette M. has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lynette currently works as the Global Corporate Controller at CleverTap, where they are responsible for all areas of accounting, financial reporting, and operational accounting. Prior to CleverTap, they held the position of VP of Finance & Global Corporate Controller at OPSWAT, where they managed accounting processes and developed performance tracking metrics. Before OPSWAT, Lynette worked as the VP Finance & Corporate Controller at University Games Corporation, where they restructured and led global finance operations and oversaw external and internal audits. Lynette also has experience as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Global at ZAP, where they built the finance team and managed financial reporting. Additionally, Lynette has worked as the Global Corporate Controller at Vora Ventures, Business Finance Manager at Dignity Health, Senior Staff Accountant at American Express, and Audit Associate at Deloitte. Throughout their career, Lynette has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Lynette M. has a diverse education history. Lynette attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2020 to 2023, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.

Prior to their MBA, from 2012 to 2015, Lynette completed a Certificate Program at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Accounting for Controllers. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Fairfield University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.

Lynette's education began at the University of the Philippines, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Accounting from 1998 to 2002.

Additionally, Lynette possesses a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from the California Board of Accountancy in March 2014.
