Jonnelle Smith, EMBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Connected Operations at Collins Aerospace since July 2019, following a role as Manager of the Supplier Portal. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Otis Elevator Co. from April 2016 to June 2019, where Jonnelle managed projects valued over $140M throughout the design and implementation phases. Jonnelle also worked as Senior Project Engineer at QuEST Global from November 2011 to March 2016, and previously held the position of Sales Associate at Cablevision from August 2008 to July 2011, focusing on customer billing inquiries and developing product solutions. Jonnelle holds an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology's Saunders College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Bay Path University.
